I believe fitness goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about making lifestyle choices that enhance overall well-being.

Everyone has the potential to become fitter and healthier, and this belief is at the core of everything I do as a certified Personal Trainer. 

I take a collaborative approach, recognising that each person is unique, with individual strengths and areas for improvement. With a positive, inclusive, and friendly attitude, I bring curiosity and optimism into everything I do.

Mission

My mission is to offer 24/7 support, empowering my clients to unlock their potential and not only reach but often surpass their personal goals.

Key Successes

  • Trained 50 clients during the last 2 years

  • Undertaken 1:2:1 PT session with each client one/twice a week for a total of 960 hours during the last year

  • Overwhelming positive feedbacks and written testimonials from the clients

  • Built legacy with clients beyond their short term goals (e.g., lifestyle diet plan, online coaching, etc.)

  • Delivered 768 hours of group training classes, encompassing velocity, HIIT, circuits, etc.

  • Contributed to the gym membership sales and to the PT offerings​
